That’s a pretty good Noelle. If there is a nitpick, the ER seems a bit low since Noelle herself generates no Particles unless you use fav great sword and I’d go at least 130 or 140. I guess it works if you run her in mono geo with 2 or 3 fav users or run a weird dual raiden noelle team.

I will say this. As a fellow big noelle fan, the only thing they did better than me are the pancakes and teapot. I need to up my game fr. Wouldn't call myself a top 1% Noelle fan if I didn't have more than 400 noelle pancakes and 3 shrines dedicated for her. Overall, strong Noelle. Built to love, loved to build. Definitely could use some more ER unless they're like running triple fav. I cannot tell if their Noelle is better than mine tho. I could drop my enka account but I would need permission from Rin.
